The Library has wide range & rich collection of more
than 12,000 current books on engineering & management.
The library subscribes to over 106 reputed national &
international research journals. Computerized and with
well designed seating, it provides perfect academic
ambience for effective learning. The library provides easy
access to the Internet facility for in-depth study. |

HOSTELS
The campus has separate hostels for boys and girls with
a capacity of 250 and 150 respectively with wardens,
adequate auxiliary and security staff. It has also
furnished canteen/Mess facility attached to provide a
variety of nourishing, hygienic and tasty food at
subsidized rates. There is a central mess, student
canteen, common rooms with indoor games hall, well
developed Gymnasiums and facilities for indoor and outdoor

SEMINAR HALL
Nicely designed semi- circular seminar hall is a multi
purpose area of 4000 sq. feet. used for seminars, large
assemblies, functions, extension lectures, rehearsals and
presentation of cultural programs by students. It also
screens - educational and feature films. |

TRANSPORTATION
SIET offers transportation facility for the students,
faculty, staff, day scholars & for hostel boys & Girls
from Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida and other places.
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
In spite of tight schedule of mandatory academic work, the
college nurtures the students' talents through Debates,
Quizzes, Discussions and various literary work which take at
least two hours a week for all students, to shape and develop
their personalities. The annual SPANDAN (Heart Throb), a week
long carnival of sports , musical performance , plays and
associated literary and creative activities is popular. It
attracts a large guest audience and good media coverage. The
award of prizes and mementos and the crowning of Mr. Fresher
and Miss Fresher for the year form the grand finale.

Training and Placement
Cell
The Training and Placement cell provides for a
meaningful industry-college interaction. Apart from
technical/industrial visits to establishments of repute,
it invites senior executives from industry to lecture and
interact with our students. Students find it extremely
rewarding to know what kinds of skills are the most
marketable and what areas of innovation, research and
development are relevant today . The cell is headed by an
experienced & qualified Training & Placement
